ADMINISTRATION TEAM
Manager
Julia Oldham, the
Executive
Manager,
is responsible for the overall strategic organisation and general
business and financial management of the practice. She leads on
information technology and ensures the Practice is in the forefront
of the latest developments. She acts on behalf of the
partners in all non-clinical aspects of the practice.
Administration Team
The team works behind-the-scenes to ensure the work
of the Practice is effectively carried out, so you receive
a smooth, efficient service.
The team comprises:

Reception Team
Heather Codling is our Reception Manager. She has responsibility for the day-to-day supervision, organisation and operation of the Reception
Department and its staff.
Our team of receptionists are often the first people you
have contact with at the surgery. Theirs are the voices at
the end of the phone when you make an appointment or an enquiry;
the faces you see when you book-in for your appointment or
pick up your prescription. Their duties are
multi-skilled and varied, and are essential to the
effective operation
of a busy
general practice. They are trained to help you make the best use of the practice
and its services, but there may be occasions when they cannot offer an appointment for you at the time you want or with the clinician of your choice. Please do not be angry with the staff, they can only work within available resources, and will always do their very best to find an acceptable alternative for you.
