Reception Team
Our team of 11 receptionists are often the first people you
have contact with at the surgery. Theirs are the voices at
the end of the phone when you make an appointment or an enquiry;
the faces you see when you book-in for your appointment or
pick up your prescription. Their duties are
multi-skilled and varied, and are essential to the
effective operation
of a busy
general practice. They are trained to help you with
the
queries or questions you might have about the practice
and its services. There are occasions when they may need to ask
you for personal information. Please do not be offended by this,
they are following necessary procedures and
all
information
is treated in the strictest confidence at all times.
